Yes, we do offer Full PC Builds and Bundles. Please contact us via our social media channels (WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook) or visit our store and we will be able to assist you.

Do you offer troubleshoot, servicing and cleaning?

Yes, we do offer the services for desktops (excluding Mac).

Do you offer special rates for bulk purchases?

Yes, we do. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss with you on your requirements.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes, we do offer warranty for products sold by Techsurged. If you require more information, please refer to our Warranty Terms & Conditions.

Do you provide/offer delivery services?

Yes, we provide delivery services through our registered 3rd party runner.

Are there any charges for delivery?

We charge a flat rate of BND 5 for purchases of BND 150 and below. Purchases above BND 150 are entitled to free delivery services.

How long does it take for the items to reach me?

Typically within 1-3 working days. However, delivery to Belait & Temburong districts may take slightly longer dependent on the schedule.

My package has not arrived yet, what should I do?

If your package has not arrived within the communicated schedule, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will assist you accordingly.
