REFUND & RETURN POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases made through https://techsurged.com that are delivered within Brunei Darussalam only.


2. General Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging, unless the return is due to a verified defect.

  • The request must be made within a reasonable time after delivery.

  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Items showing signs of misuse, tampering, or accidental damage may be rejected.

 

3. Defective or Damaged Items on Arrival (DOA)
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please:

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photo or video evidence of the defect

    • A brief description of the issue

 

Once verified:

  • ✅ Replacement will be provided as the first option, subject to stock availability

  • ✅ If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead

 

We reserve the right to assess whether the item qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

 

4. Warranty-Based Returns (After Use)
For products that include a stated warranty period on the official receipt:

  • Warranty claims are only valid within the warranty period stated on the receipt

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Accidental damage

    • Improper use or installation

    • Unauthorized repair or modification

 

For valid warranty claims:

  • ✅ A replacement will be provided first, subject to availability

  • ✅ If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued

 

All warranty claims must be supported with the original receipt.

 

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are verified to be defective on arrival:

  • Hygiene-related or personal-use items (if applicable)

  • Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling

 

6. Change of Mind Returns
We do not guarantee acceptance of “change of mind” returns.


If you wish to request a change-of-mind return:

  • Approval is at the sole discretion of TechSurged

  • The item must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • Returned within a short reasonable time after delivery

  • Any return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

  • Original delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable
