  • ✅ Self-collection at our designated store location

 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

  • Processing time may be longer during:

    • Public holidays

    • Sales promotions

    • High order volumes

 

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.

Estimated delivery times within Brunei are:

  • Standard Delivery: 1–4 business days

TechSurged is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

 

7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete contact details

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

 

Then:

  • The parcel may be returned to us

  • Redelivery may require an additional delivery fee

  • In some cases, the order may be cancelled and refunded excluding original shipping fees

 

8. Order Tracking (If Available)

If tracking is supported by the selected courier:

  • Tracking details may be sent via email, WhatsApp, or SMS

  • Tracking availability depends on the courier used

 

9. Damaged Parcels During Delivery

If your parcel arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Wet

  • Crushed

  • Tampered with

 

Please:

  1. Take clear photos immediately upon receipt

  2. Contact us at techsurged.sales@gmail.com within a reasonable time after delivery

 

We will assist based on our Refund & Return Policy.

 

10. Delivery Confirmation & Ownership Transfer

Once an order is successfully delivered to the address provided:

  • The order is considered fulfilled

  • Ownership and responsibility of the product transfer to the customer

  • TechSurged is not responsible for loss or damage after confirmed delivery

 

11. Self-Collection Policy

We offer self-collection at our store as a delivery option.

 

11.1 Self-Collection Processing Time

  • Orders for self-collection are usually ready within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will be notified via email, WhatsApp, or SMS when your order is ready for collection.

 

11.2 Collection Requirements

To collect your item, you may be required to present:

  • Order confirmation (digital or printed)

  • Valid identification (if requested)

 

Collection must be made by either:

  • The purchaser, or

  • An authorized representative with proof of authorization

 

11.3 Collection Deadline

  • Orders must be collected within a reasonable collection period after notification.

  • Orders not collected within the stated timeframe may:

    • Be cancelled, or

    • Incur storage/admin handling charges

 

11.4 Responsibility Upon Collection

Once an order has been successfully collected:

  • The order is considered fulfilled

  • Ownership and responsibility of the product transfer to the customer

  • TechSurged is not responsible for loss or damage after successful handover

 

12. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times:

  • Delays caused by couriers, weather, regulatory inspections, or force majeure events are beyond our control

  • TechSurged will not be held liable for such delays but will assist with tracking and follow-up where possible
